Background: Santos is an island native, his mother descended from maroons, his father is of Spanish origins. His father was a shipbuilder and worked for Ryder's grandfather. Because of his father's vocation, Santos has a vast knowledge of ships, although he prefers sailing them than building them.
Relationships: As his father worked for Silver, and was about the same age as Silver's late son, Santos grew up alongside Silver's grandchildren and was treated as family by the Silver clan. He is a year older than Ryder. When Ryder took over his families empire, Santos took his place alongside him, helping him in all areas of the business. He still enjoys the sea most though, and still spends as much time he can sailing. Santos has been in love with Johari since they were children. She doesn't want to marry again, and is content being lovers, when he is around.
